Does any one of you, having a matter against another, dare to be krino(judged, go to law) before the unrighteous and not before the hagioi(holy ones)?
Or do you not know that the hagioi(holy ones) will krino(judge) the world? And if the world is krino(judged) by you, are you not worthy of the smallest law courts?
Do you not know that we will krino(judge) angels? How much more then things of this life?
So if you have courts for matters of this life, do you seat those who are of no account in the ekklesia(called-out community)?
I say this to move you to shame: is there not among you one wise man who will be able to diakrino(active: discern, decide) between his brothers?
But brother is krino(judged, goes to law) against brother, and that before unbelievers?
Already then it is altogether a defeat for you that you have krima(verdicts, lawsuits) with one another; why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
But you yourselves do wrong and defraud — even your brothers.
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor the soft ones, nor males who lie with males,
nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
And some of you were these things; but you were washed, but you were made hagio(holy), but you were justified in the name of the Lord Yeshua(Jesus) and in the pneuma(spirit) of our God.
All things are lawful for me, but not all things are beneficial; all things are lawful for me, but I will not be exousiazo(mastered, controlled) by anything.
Food is for the stomach and the stomach for food, but God will do away with both of them; yet the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body.
Now God has both raised the Lord and will raise us also through His dynamis(power).
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Messiah(Christ)? Shall I then take away the members of Messiah(Christ) and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!
Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For it says, "The two shall become one sarx(flesh)."
But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one pneuma(spirit) with Him.
Flee sexual immorality; every sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
Or do you not know that your body is a naos(temple, inner-sanctuary) of the hagio(holy) pneuma(spirit) within you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?
For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your pneuma(spirit), which are God's.
