It was for freedom that Messiah(Christ) set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.
Behold I, Paul, say to you that if you receive circumcision, Messiah(Christ) will be of no benefit to you.
And I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is under obligation to keep the whole nomos(law).
You have been severed from Messiah(Christ), you who are seeking to be justified by nomos(law); you have fallen from charis(grace).
For we through the pneuma(spirit), by faith, are waiting for the elpis(hope) of dikaiosyne(righteousness).
For in Messiah(Christ) Yeshua(Jesus) neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through agape(love).
You were running well; who hindered you from obeying the aletheia(truth)?
This persuasion did not come from Him who calls you.
A little zyme(leaven) leavens the whole lump of dough.
I have confidence in you in the Lord that you will adopt no other view; but the one who is disturbing you will bear his krima(verdict), whoever he is.
But I, brothers, if I still proclaim circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the skandalon(stumbling-block) of the stauros(cross) has been abolished.
I wish that those who are unsettling you would even mutilate themselves.
For you were called to freedom, brothers; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for sarx(flesh), but through agape(love) serve one another.
For the whole nomos(law) is fulfilled in one logos(word), in the statement, "You shall agape(love) your neighbor as yourself."
But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.
But I say, walk by the pneuma(spirit), and you will not carry out the epithymia(desire, craving) of sarx(flesh).
For sarx(flesh) epithymeo(desires, craves) against the pneuma(spirit), and the pneuma(spirit) against sarx(flesh); for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.
But if you are led by the pneuma(spirit), you are not under nomos(law).
Now the deeds of sarx(flesh) are evident, which are: moicheia(adultery), sexual immorality, akatharsia(impurity, uncleanness), sensuality,
idolatry, pharmakeia(sorcery-drug-mixing), enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions,
envying, murders, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the karpos(fruit) of the pneuma(spirit) is agape(love), joy, eirene(peace), patience, kindness, goodness, faith,
gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no nomos(law).
Now those who belong to Messiah(Christ) Yeshua(Jesus) have crucified sarx(flesh) with its pathema(passions, sufferings) and epithymia(desires, cravings).
If we live by the pneuma(spirit), let us also walk by the pneuma(spirit).
Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.
