Jeremiah 33

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah a second time, while he was still shut up in the court of the guard, saying:

Thus says YHWH its maker, YHWH who forms it to establish it, YHWH is his name:

Call to me, and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and inaccessible things which you do not know.

For thus says YHWH, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah which are broken down for the siege-mounds and for the sword:

they come to fight with the Chaldeans, but to fill them with the corpses of the man (adam) whom I struck in my anger and in my wrath, and because I hid my face from this city for all their evil:

Behold, I am bringing up for it healing and cure, and I will heal them, and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth.

And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and I will build them as at the first.

And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they sinned against me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they sinned against me and by which they transgressed against me.

And it will be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory before all the nations of the earth, who will hear all the good that I am doing for them; and they will fear and tremble over all the good and over all the peace that I am doing for it.

Thus says YHWH: Yet again there will be heard in this place, of which you say: It is waste, without man (adam) and without beast—in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man (adam) and without inhabitant and without beast—

the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who say: Give thanks to YHWH of hosts (tzevaot), for YHWH is good, for his kindness is forever—of those who bring thanksgiving to the house of YHWH; for I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first, says YHWH.

Thus says YHWH of hosts (tzevaot): Yet again there will be in this place which is waste, without man (adam) and without beast, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds causing the flock to lie down.

In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the Negev, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the surroundings of Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flock will yet pass under the hands of him who counts them, says YHWH.

Behold, days are coming, declares YHWH, that I will establish the good word which I spoke concerning the house of Israel and concerning the house of Judah.

In those days and at that time I will cause to sprout for David a Branch of righteousness, and he will do judgment (mishpat) and righteousness in the land.

In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell in safety; and this is what she will be called: YHWH our Righteousness.

For thus says YHWH: There will not be cut off from David a man (ish) sitting upon the throne of the house of Israel;

and from the priests, the Levites, there will not be cut off a man (ish) from before me, offering up a burnt offering and burning a grain offering and doing sacrifice all the days.

And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah, saying:

Thus says YHWH: If you can break my covenant (berit) with the day and my covenant (berit) with the night, so that there not be day and night in their season,

also my covenant (berit) will be broken with David my servant, that he not have a son reigning upon his throne; and with the Levites, the priests, my ministers.

As the host of the heavens cannot be counted, and the sand of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites who minister to me.

And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah, saying:

Have you not seen what this people have spoken, saying: The two families which YHWH chose, he has rejected them? And they spurn my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.

Thus says YHWH: If my covenant (berit) of day and night, the statutes (chuqqot) of the heavens and earth, I have not appointed,

also the seed of Jacob and David my servant I would reject, from taking from his seed rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have compassion on them.
