And Job answered and said:
"How you have helped him that has no power! How you have saved (yasha) the arm that has no strength!
How you have counseled him that has no wisdom, and abundantly made known sound knowledge!
With whom have you declared words? And whose breath (neshamah) came forth from you?
The Rephaim are made to tremble, beneath the waters and their inhabitants.
Naked is Sheol before Him, and there is no covering for Abaddon.
He stretches out the north over emptiness, He hangs the earth upon nothing.
He binds up the waters in His thick clouds, and the cloud is not split under them.
He grasps the face of His throne, spreading His cloud over it.
He has marked out a statute (choq), a circle, upon the face of the waters, to the boundary of light with darkness.
The pillars of heaven tremble, and are astonished at His rebuke.
By His power He stirred up the sea, and by His understanding He shattered Rahab.
By His spirit (ruach) the heavens are made fair; His hand has pierced the fleeing serpent.
Behold, these are the edges of His ways; and what a whisper of a word is heard of Him! But the thunder of His mighty acts who can understand?"
