2The fool said in his heart: There is no God. They have acted corruptly, they have done abominable injustice; there is none doing good.
3God from heaven looked down upon the sons of man (adam), to see whether there is one who acts wisely, who seeks God.
4Every one of them has turned away, together they have become corrupt; there is none doing good, not even one.
5Do not the workers of iniquity know — those who eat my people as they eat bread, and call not upon God?
6There they feared a fear, where there was no fear; for God scattered the bones of him who encamps against you; you have put them to shame, for God has rejected them.
7Who will give out of Zion the salvation (yeshuah) of Israel! When God returns the captivity of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
