Psalms 62

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

To the leader; upon Jeduthun; a Psalm of David.

Only toward God is my soul (nephesh) in silence; from him is my salvation (yeshuah).

Only he is my rock and my salvation (yeshuah), my high tower; I will not be greatly moved.

How long will you assail a man (ish)? You will all murder him, like a leaning wall, a tottering fence.

Only from his height they plan to thrust him down, they delight in a lie; with their mouth they bless, but inwardly they curse. Selah.

Only toward God be silent, my soul (nephesh), for from him is my hope.

Only he is my rock and my salvation (yeshuah), my high tower; I will not be moved.

Upon God rests my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, my refuge, is in God.

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out before him your heart; God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Only a vapor are the sons of man (adam), a lie the sons of man (ish); in the balances they go up — together they are lighter than vapor.

Do not trust in oppression, and in robbery do not become vain; if riches increase, do not set your heart on them.

One thing God has spoken, two things have I heard this: that strength belongs to God;

and to you, my Lord (Adonai), is mercy; for you render to each man (ish) according to his work.
