Psalms 66

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

To the leader; a Song, a Psalm. Shout to God, all the earth;

sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious.

Say to God: "How awesome are your works! In the greatness of your strength your enemies cringe before you.

All the earth will bow down to you and sing to you; they will sing your name." Selah.

Come and see the works of God, awesome in deed toward the sons of man (adam).

He turned the sea into dry land; in the river they crossed on foot; there let us rejoice in him.

Ruling by his might forever, his eyes watch the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

Bless our God, O peoples, and make heard the sound of his praise;

who set our soul (nephesh) among the living (chai), and did not allow our foot to slip;

for you have tested us, God; you have refined us as silver is refined.

You brought us into the net; you laid a burden upon our loins.

You made men ride over our head; we went through fire and through water, but you brought us out to abundance.

I will come into your house with burnt offerings; I will fulfill to you my vows,

which my lips uttered and my mouth spoke when I was in distress.

Burnt offerings of fatlings I will offer up to you, with the smoke of rams; I will offer bulls with male goats. Selah.

Come, hear, and I will declare, all you who fear God, what he has done for my soul (nephesh).

To him I called with my mouth, and high praise was under my tongue.

If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, my Lord (Adonai) would not hear.

Surely God has heard; he has attended to the voice of my prayer.

Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
