1And he showed me a river of the water of zoe(life), clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
2in the middle of its broad street, and on either side of the river the tree of zoe(life) producing twelve fruits, yielding its fruit each month, and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the ethne(nations, Gentiles).
3And there will be no more curse, and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His servants will serve Him,
4and they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
5And night will be no more, and they have no need of the light of a lamp and the light of the sun, because the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.
6And he says to me, "These words are faithful and alethina(true), and the Lord God of the pneumata(spirits) of the prophets has sent His angel to show His servants what must happen soon."
7"And behold, I am coming quickly; blessed is the one keeping the words of the prophecy of this biblion(scroll)."
8And I, John, am the one hearing and seeing these things, and when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel showing me these things.
9And he says to me, "See that you do not — I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers the prophets and of those keeping the words of this biblion(scroll); worship God."
10And he says to me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this biblion(scroll), for the kairos(appointed-time) is near.
11Let the one doing wrong continue to do wrong, and let the filthy one continue to be filthy, and let the righteous one continue to practice dikaiosyne(righteousness), and let the holy one continue to be made holy."
12"Behold, I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me to repay each one as his work will be.
13I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the beginning and the end."
14Blessed are those who do His commandments, so that their exousia(authority) will be over the tree of zoe(life) and they may enter through the gates into the city.
15Outside are the dogs and those practicing pharmakeia(sorcery, poisoning) and the sexually immoral and the murderers and the idolaters and everyone loving and practicing falsehood.
16"I, Yeshua(Jesus), have sent my angel to testify to you these things for the ekklesia(called-out communities); I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright morning star."
17And the pneuma(spirit) and the bride say, "Come," and let the one who hears say, "Come," and let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of zoe(life) dorean(freely).
18I testify to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this biblion(scroll): if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues written in this biblion(scroll),
19and if anyone takes away from the words of the biblion(scroll) of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of zoe(life) and from the holy city, from the things written in this biblion(scroll).
20The One testifying to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen, yes, come, Lord Yeshua(Jesus).
21The charis(grace) of the Lord Yeshua(Jesus) Messiah(Christ) be with all the holy ones. Amen.
