And YHWH spoke to Moses, saying:
"See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;
and I have filled him with the spirit (ruach) of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all workmanship,
to devise designs, to work in gold, and in silver, and in bronze,
and in cutting of stone for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all workmanship.
And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and in the heart of all who are wise of heart I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded you (tzivvah):
the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed), and the ark for the testimony (edut), and the cover which is upon it, and all the vessels of the tent (ohel);
and the table and its vessels, and the pure lampstand and all its vessels, and the altar of incense;
and the altar of the burnt offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base;
and the garments of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to serve as priest;
and the anointing oil, and the incense of spices for the holy place; according to all that I have commanded you (tzivvah) they shall do."
And YHWH said to Moses, saying:
"And you, speak to the sons of Israel, saying: Surely my Shabbat you shall keep, for it is a sign (ot) between me and you throughout your generations, to know that I am YHWH who sanctifies you.
And you shall keep the Shabbat, for it is holy to you; those who profane it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does work in it, that soul (nephesh) shall be cut off from the midst of its people.
Six days work shall be done, but on the seventh day is a Shabbat of Shabbaton, holy to YHWH; whoever does work on the day of the Shabbat shall surely be put to death.
And the sons of Israel shall keep the Shabbat, to observe the Shabbat throughout their generations, an everlasting covenant (berit).
Between me and the sons of Israel it is a sign (ot) forever; for in six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he shabbatted and was refreshed."
And he gave to Moses, when he had finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony (edut), tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
