Exodus 39

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

And from the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, they made plaited garments for ministering in the holy place; and they made the holy garments which were for Aaron, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.

And they hammered out the plates of gold, and cut threads, to work it in the midst of the blue, and in the midst of the purple, and in the midst of the scarlet, and in the midst of the fine linen, the work of a skillful designer.

Shoulder-pieces they made for it, joined together; at its two ends it was joined together.

And the band of his ephod which was upon it was of the same piece, like its work: gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And they made the onyx stones, set in settings of gold, engraved with the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel.

And he put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And he made the breastplate, the work of a skillful designer, like the work of the ephod: gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.

It was foursquare; doubled they made the breastplate; a span its length, and a span its breadth, doubled.

And they filled in it four rows of stone: a row of carnelian, topaz, and emerald, the first row.

And the second row: a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond.

And the third row: a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst.

And the fourth row: a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper; set in settings of gold in their fillings.

And the stones were according to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve, according to their names; the engravings of a signet, each man (ish) according to his name, for the twelve tribes.

And they made upon the breastplate chains of border-work, the work of cords, of pure gold.

And they made two settings of gold, and two rings of gold; and they put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.

And they put the two cords of gold on the two rings at the ends of the breastplate.

And the two ends of the two cords they put on the two settings, and they put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, toward the front of it.

And they made two rings of gold, and they set them on the two ends of the breastplate, upon its edge which was toward the side of the ephod inward.

And they made two rings of gold, and they put them on the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod, from below, toward the front of it, close by its coupling, above the band of the ephod.

And they bound the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a thread of blue, that it might be upon the band of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not be loosed from upon the ephod, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And he made the robe of the ephod, the work of a weaver, all of blue.

And the opening of the robe was in the midst of it, like the opening of a coat of mail, with a binding around its opening, that it should not be torn.

And they made upon the skirts of the robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet twined.

And they made bells of pure gold, and they put the bells in the midst of the pomegranates upon the skirts of the robe, round about, in the midst of the pomegranates:

a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, upon the skirts of the robe round about, for ministering, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And they made the tunics of fine linen, the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons,

and the turban of fine linen, and the adornments of the headdresses of fine linen, and the linen breeches of fine twined linen,

and the sash of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, the work of an embroiderer, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and they wrote upon it a writing, the engravings of a signet: HOLY TO YHWH.

And they put upon it a thread of blue, to fasten it upon the turban from above, as YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses.

And all the service (avodah) of the tabernacle (mishkan) of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed) was finished; and the sons of Israel did according to all that YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses, so they did.

And they brought the tabernacle (mishkan) to Moses, the tent (ohel), and all its vessels, its clasps, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets;

and the covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of the tachash skins, and the veil of the screen;

the ark of the testimony (edut), and its staves, and the ark-cover;

the table, all its vessels, and the bread of the Presence;

the pure lampstand, its lamps, the lamps of the arrangement, and all its vessels, and the oil of the light;

and the altar of gold, and the oil of anointing, and the incense of the spices, and the screen of the entrance of the tent (ohel);

the altar of bronze, and its grating of bronze which was for it, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base;

the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pegs, and all the vessels of the service (avodah) of the tabernacle (mishkan), for the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed);

the plaited garments for ministering in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to serve as priests.

According to all that YHWH commanded (tzivvah) Moses, so the sons of Israel did all the service (avodah).

And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it; as YHWH commanded (tzivvah), so they had done. And Moses blessed them.
