Leviticus 1

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

And he called to Moses, and YHWH spoke to him from the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed), saying:

Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: When a man (adam) of you brings near an offering to YHWH, from the beast, from the herd or from the flock you shall bring near your offering.

If his offering be a burnt offering from the herd, a male without blemish he shall bring him near; to the entrance of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed) he shall bring him near, for his acceptance before YHWH.

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him, to make atonement for him.

And he shall slaughter the son of the herd before YHWH; and the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall bring near the blood, and dash the blood upon the altar round about, which is at the entrance of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed).

And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut him into his pieces.

And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and arrange wood upon the fire.

And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall arrange the pieces, the head, and the suet, upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar.

And its inwards and its legs he shall wash with water; and the priest shall make the whole smoke on the altar, a burnt offering, a fire-offering, a soothing aroma to YHWH.

And if his offering be from the flock, from the sheep or from the goats, for a burnt offering, a male without blemish he shall bring it near.

And he shall slaughter him on the side of the altar northward before YHWH; and the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall dash his blood upon the altar round about.

And he shall cut him into his pieces, with his head and his suet; and the priest shall arrange them upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar.

But the inwards and the legs he shall wash with water; and the priest shall bring the whole near and make it smoke on the altar; it is a burnt offering, a fire-offering, a soothing aroma to YHWH.

And if from the fowl be his burnt offering to YHWH, then he shall bring near his offering from the turtledoves, or from the sons of the dove.

And the priest shall bring him near to the altar, and pinch off his head, and make him smoke on the altar; and his blood shall be drained out on the wall of the altar.

And he shall remove its crop with its feathers, and cast it beside the altar eastward, to the place of the ashes.

And he shall split him by his wings, but he shall not divide him asunder; and the priest shall make him smoke on the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire; it is a burnt offering, a fire-offering, a soothing aroma to YHWH.
