Proverbs 11

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

Scales of deceit are an abomination to YHWH, but a perfect weight is his delight.

Pride comes, then comes shame, but with the modest is wisdom.

The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the faithless destroys them.

Wealth does not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.

The righteousness of the blameless makes straight his way, but by his wickedness the wicked falls.

The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but in their craving the faithless are caught.

At the death of a wicked man (adam), hope perishes, and the expectation of strength perishes.

The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked comes in his place.

With his mouth the godless destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge the righteous are delivered.

In the good of the righteous a city rejoices, and in the perishing of the wicked there is a shout of joy.

By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is torn down.

He who despises his neighbor lacks heart, but a man (ish) of understanding keeps silent.

He who goes about as a talebearer reveals a secret, but the faithful of spirit (ruach) conceals a matter.

Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in the multitude of counselors is deliverance.

He surely suffers harm who is surety for a stranger, but he who hates those who strike hands is secure.

A woman (ishah) of grace obtains honor, and the ruthless obtain wealth.

A man (ish) of kindness does good to his own soul (nephesh), but the cruel troubles his own flesh.

The wicked works a wage of falsehood, but he who sows righteousness has a reward of truth.

So righteousness is to life (chai), and he who pursues evil, to his own death.

An abomination to YHWH are the perverse of heart, but his delight are the blameless of way.

Hand to hand, the evil one shall not go unpunished, but the seed of the righteous shall escape.

A ring of gold in the snout of a swine is a beautiful woman (ishah) who turns aside from discretion.

The desire of the righteous is only good; the hope of the wicked is wrath.

There is one who scatters, yet increases more, and one who withholds from what is right, only to want.

A soul (nephesh) of blessing shall be made fat, and he who waters, he too shall be watered.

He who withholds grain, the people curse him, but blessing is on the head of him who sells it.

He who diligently seeks good seeks favor, but he who searches for evil, it comes to him.

He who trusts in his riches, he shall fall, but like foliage the righteous shall flourish.

He who troubles his house shall inherit spirit (ruach), and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life (chai), and he who takes souls (nephesh) is wise.

Behold, the righteous shall be requited in the land; how much more the wicked and the sinner!
