Psalms 30

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

A Psalm; a Song for the dedication of the House; of David.

I will exalt you, YHWH, for you have drawn me up, and you have not let my enemies rejoice over me.

YHWH my God, I cried to you for help, and you healed me.

YHWH, you brought up from Sheol my soul (nephesh); you kept me alive, from my going down to the pit.

Make music to YHWH, O his faithful ones, and give thanks to the memorial of his holiness.

For a moment is in his anger, life (chai) is in his favor; in the evening weeping may lodge, but for the morning a shout of joy.

And I, I said in my ease, "I shall not be moved forever."

YHWH, in your favor you made my mountain to stand as strength; you hid your face, I was terrified.

To you, YHWH, I call, and to my Lord (Adonai) I make supplication:

What profit is in my blood, in my going down to the pit? Shall the dust (aphar) praise you? Shall it declare your truth?

Hear, YHWH, and be gracious to me; YHWH, be a helper to me.

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; you have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,

so that my glory may make music to you and not be silent; YHWH my God, forever I will give you thanks.
