Psalms 34

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

Of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed.

I will bless YHWH at all times; continually his praise shall be in my mouth.

In YHWH my soul (nephesh) boasts; let the humble hear and be glad.

Magnify YHWH with me, and let us exalt his name together.

I sought YHWH, and he answered me, and from all my terrors he delivered me.

They looked to him and were radiant, and their faces shall not be ashamed.

This afflicted one called, and YHWH heard, and from all his troubles he saved (yasha) him.

The angel of YHWH encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.

Taste and see that YHWH is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

Fear YHWH, you his holy ones, for there is no lack to those who fear him.

Young lions lack and hunger, but those who seek YHWH lack no good thing.

Come, sons, listen to me; the fear of YHWH I will teach you.

Who is the man (ish) who desires life (chai), who loves days, to see good?

Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit.

Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

The eyes of YHWH are toward the righteous, and his ears toward their cry.

The face of YHWH is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.

They cried out, and YHWH heard, and from all their troubles he delivered them.

YHWH is near to the broken of heart, and the crushed of spirit (ruach) he saves (yasha).

Many are the evils of the righteous, but from them all YHWH delivers him.

He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.

Evil shall slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.

YHWH redeems the soul (nephesh) of his servants, and none of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.
