4Like the tower of David is your neck, built for courses of stone; a thousand shields hang upon it, all the shields of the mighty men.
5Your two breasts are like two fawns, twins of a gazelle, that feed among the lilies.
6Until the day breathes and the shadows flee, I will go to the mountain of myrrh and to the hill of frankincense.
7You are all fair, my love, and there is no blemish in you.
8With me from Lebanon, bride, with me from Lebanon you shall come; you shall look from the top of Amana, from the top of Senir and Hermon, from the dens of lions, from the mountains of leopards.
9You have ravished my heart, my sister, bride; you have ravished my heart with one of your eyes, with one bead of your necklace.

13Your shoots are an orchard of pomegranates with choice fruits, henna with spikenards;
14spikenard and saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense, myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices.
15A fountain of gardens, a well of living (chai) waters, and flowing streams from Lebanon.
16Awake, O north, and come, O south; blow upon my garden, that its spices may flow. Let my beloved come to his garden, and eat its choice fruits.
