Exodus 29

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

And this is the thing that you shall do to them to consecrate them to act as priest to Me: take one bull, a son of the herd, and two rams without blemish,

and unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil; of fine flour of wheat you shall make them.

And you shall put them upon one basket, and bring them near in the basket, and the bull and the two rams.

And Aaron and his sons you shall bring near to the opening of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed), and you shall wash them with the water.

And you shall take the garments, and clothe Aaron with the tunic, and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastplate, and gird him with the band of the ephod.

And you shall set the turban upon his head, and put the holy crown upon the turban.

And you shall take the oil of the anointing, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.

And his sons you shall bring near, and clothe them with tunics.

And you shall gird them with sashes, Aaron and his sons, and bind on them headdresses; and the priesthood shall be theirs for a statute (chuqqah) of forever. And you shall fill the hand of Aaron and the hand of his sons.

And you shall bring near the bull before the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed); and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the bull.

And you shall slaughter the bull before YHWH, at the opening of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed).

And you shall take from the blood of the bull, and put it upon the horns of the altar with your finger; and all the blood you shall pour out at the base of the altar.

And you shall take all the fat that covers the inwards, and the lobe upon the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and you shall make them smoke upon the altar.

And the flesh (basar) of the bull, and its skin, and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.

And the one ram you shall take; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram.

And you shall slaughter the ram, and take its blood, and dash it upon the altar round about.

And the ram you shall cut into its pieces, and wash its inwards and its legs, and put them with its pieces and with its head.

And you shall make the whole ram smoke upon the altar; it is a burnt offering to YHWH; it is a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to YHWH.

And you shall take the second ram; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram.

And you shall slaughter the ram, and take from its blood, and put it upon the tip of the ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the big toe of their right foot, and you shall dash the blood upon the altar round about.

And you shall take from the blood that is upon the altar, and from the oil of the anointing, and sprinkle it upon Aaron and upon his garments, and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him; and he shall be made holy, and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

And you shall take from the ram the fat, and the fat tail, and the fat that covers the inwards, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right thigh; for it is a ram of consecration;

and one loaf of bread, and one cake of bread of oil, and one wafer, from the basket of the unleavened bread that is before YHWH.

And you shall put the whole upon the palms of Aaron and upon the palms of his sons; and you shall wave them as a wave offering before YHWH.

And you shall take them from their hand, and make them smoke upon the altar upon the burnt offering, for a soothing aroma before YHWH; it is an offering by fire to YHWH.

And you shall take the breast from the ram of consecration which is Aaron's, and wave it as a wave offering before YHWH; and it shall be your portion.

And you shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the thigh of the contribution, which was waved and which was lifted up, from the ram of consecration, from that which is Aaron's and from that which is his sons';

And it shall be for Aaron and for his sons for a statute (choq) of forever from the sons of Israel; for it is a contribution, and it shall be a contribution from the sons of Israel, from the sacrifices of their peace offerings, their contribution to YHWH.

And the holy garments which are Aaron's shall be for his sons after him, to be anointed in them, and to fill their hand in them.

Seven days the priest in his place from his sons shall put them on, who comes to the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed) to minister in the holy place.

And the ram of consecration you shall take, and boil its flesh (basar) in a holy place.

And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh (basar) of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, at the opening of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed).

And they shall eat those things by which atonement was made, to fill their hand, to consecrate them; but a stranger shall not eat, because they are holy.

And if any of the flesh (basar) of the consecration, or of the bread, remains until the morning, then you shall burn the remainder with fire; it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.

And you shall do thus to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded (tzivvah) you; seven days you shall fill their hand.

And a bull of sin offering you shall make for the day, for the atonement; and you shall purify the altar when you make atonement upon it, and you shall anoint it, to consecrate it.

Seven days you shall make atonement upon the altar, and consecrate it; and the altar shall be holy of holies; whatever touches the altar shall become holy.

And this is what you shall offer upon the altar: two lambs, sons of a year, for the day continually.

The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the second lamb you shall offer between the evenings.

And a tenth of fine flour mingled with a quarter of a hin of beaten oil; and a drink offering, a fourth of a hin of wine, for the one lamb.

And the second lamb you shall offer between the evenings; like the grain offering of the morning and like its drink offering you shall offer for it, for a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to YHWH.

A continual burnt offering throughout your generations, at the opening of the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed) before YHWH, where I will meet with you, to speak there to you.

And there I will meet with the sons of Israel, and it shall be sanctified by My glory.

And I will consecrate the tent (ohel) of appointed time (moed) and the altar; and Aaron and his sons I will consecrate, to act as priest to Me.

And I will dwell in the midst of the sons of Israel, and I will be to them for God.

And they shall know that I am YHWH their God, who brought them out from the land of Egypt, to dwell in their midst; I am YHWH their God.
