1And he brought me to the temple, and he measured the posts, six cubits breadth from here and six cubits breadth from here, the breadth of the tent.
2And the breadth of the opening, ten cubits; and the sides of the opening, five cubits from here and five cubits from here; and he measured its length, forty cubits, and breadth, twenty cubits.
3And he went inward, and he measured the post of the opening, two cubits; and the opening, six cubits; and the breadth of the opening, seven cubits.
4And he measured its length, twenty cubits, and breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple; and he said to me: "This is the Holy of Holies."
5And he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of the side-chamber, four cubits, round about, round about the house, round about.
6And the side-chambers, side-chamber to side-chamber, three and thirty times; and they entered into the wall which belonged to the house for the side-chambers round about, round about, that they might have hold; and they did not have hold in the wall of the house.
7And it widened and wound about higher and higher to the side-chambers, for the winding of the house went higher and higher round about, round about the house; therefore the breadth of the house was upward, and so the lowest went up to the highest by the middle.
8And I saw the house had a height round about, round about; the foundations of the side-chambers, a full reed of six cubits to the joining.
9The breadth of the wall which belonged to the side-chamber to the outside, five cubits; and that which was left, the house of side-chambers which belonged to the house.
10And between the chambers, a breadth of twenty cubits round about the house, round about, round about.
11And the opening of the side-chamber toward the place that was left, one opening toward the north and one opening to the south; and the breadth of the place that was left, five cubits round about, round about.
12And the building which was before the separate place at the side toward the west, breadth seventy cubits; and the wall of the building, five cubits breadth round about, round about; and its length, ninety cubits.
13And he measured the house, length a hundred cubits; and the separate place and the building and its walls, length a hundred cubits.
14And the breadth of the face of the house and the separate place toward the east, a hundred cubits.
15And he measured the length of the building before the separate place which was behind it, and its galleries from here and from here, a hundred cubits; and the inner temple and the porches of the court.
16The thresholds and the closed windows and the galleries round about for the three of them, opposite the threshold, a paneling of wood round about, round about; and the ground up to the windows; and the windows were covered;
17up above the opening, and to the inner house, and outward, and to all the wall round about, round about, within and without, by measures.
18And it was made with cherubim and palm trees; and a palm tree between cherub and cherub; and two faces to the cherub.
19And the face of a man (adam) toward the palm tree from here, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree from here; it was made to all the house round about, round about.
20From the ground up to above the opening, the cherubim and the palm trees were made; and the wall of the temple.
21The temple, the doorpost was square; and before the holy place, the appearance was like the appearance.
22The altar of wood, three cubits high, and its length two cubits; and its corners to it, and its length and its walls were wood; and he spoke to me: "This is the table which is before YHWH."
23And two doors to the temple and to the holy place.
24And two leaves to the doors, two turning leaves; two leaves to the one door, and two leaves to the other.
25And made upon them, to the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, like as were made to the walls; and a thick beam of wood upon the face of the porch from the outside.
26And closed windows and palm trees from here and from here, to the sides of the porch; and the side-chambers of the house and the thick beams.
