Psalms 141

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

A psalm of David. YHWH, I have called you; make haste to me; give ear to my voice when I call to you.

Let my prayer be set as incense before you, the lifting up of my palms as the evening offering.

Set, YHWH, a guard for my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips.

Do not incline my heart to an evil thing, to busy myself with deeds in wickedness with men (ish), workers of iniquity; and let me not eat of their dainties.

Let a righteous one smite me in kindness and reprove me; oil for the head, let not my head refuse it; for still my prayer is against their evils.

Their judges are dropped down by the sides of the rock; and they shall hear my words, that they are sweet.

Like one plowing and splitting in the earth, our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

For to you, YHWH my Lord (Adonai), are my eyes; in you I have taken refuge; do not pour out my soul (nephesh).

Keep me from the hands of the snare that they have laid for me, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity.

Let the wicked fall into his own nets, all together, while I myself pass by.
