Psalms 142

Yeshua Literal Version (YLV)

A maskil of David, when he was in the cave; a prayer.

With my voice to YHWH I cry out; with my voice to YHWH I make supplication.

I pour out before him my complaint; my distress before him I declare.

When my spirit (ruach) faints upon me—and you, you know my path—in the way in which I walk they have hidden a snare for me.

Look on the right hand and see, for there is none who recognizes me; refuge has perished from me; there is none who seeks for my soul (nephesh).

I cried out to you, YHWH; I said, "You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living (chai)."

Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low; deliver me from my pursuers, for they are stronger than I.

Bring my soul (nephesh) out of prison, to give thanks to your name; the righteous shall crown themselves because of me, for you will deal bountifully with me.
