Psalm 1:2

 כִּי אִמ בְּתֹורַת יְהוָה חֶפְצֹו וּבְתֹורָתֹו יֶהְגֶּה יֹוםָם וָלָיְלָה׃

But his delight is in Torah of the Lord, and on His Torah he meditates by day and night.

Hebrews 11:6

χωρὶς δὲ πίστεως ἀδύνατον εὐαρεστῆσαι· πιστεῦσαι γὰρ δεῖ τὸν προσερχόμενον τῷ Θεῷ, ὅτι ἔστιν καὶ τοῖς ἐκζητοῦσιν αὐτὸν μισθαποδότης γίνεται.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.

What is the Torah According to the Hebrew Scriptures?

תּוּר תֹּורָה

Biblical Hebrew "Toor" is a combination of three Hebrew letters. When examined according to the sequence of early Semitic pictographs, it reveals the symbols of a Cross, a Nail, and a Firstborn. This represents the gospel of Jesus Christ's crucifixion. The ultimate purpose of every human life is to journey toward the eternal life ordained by God. To explore and seek out this message of the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven is a blessing bestowed upon all by God.

 Numbers 10:33 וַיִּסְעוּ מֵהַר יְהוָה דֶּרֶךְ שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים וַאֲרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה נֹסֵעַ לִפְנֵיהֶם דֶּרֶךְ שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים לָתוּר לָהֶם מְנוּחָה׃

When examined through early Semitic pictographs, Torah reveals the symbols of a Cross, a Nail, a Firstborn, and Worship. Therefore, the most accurate way to live a life of worship through the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven, which is the gospel of the cross, is to meditate on the Torah, the Holy Hebrew Scriptures, day and night. If one does not agree that the Torah represents the entire Holy Hebrew Scriptures, it is crucial to remember that we are exploring the Torah as praised in Psalm 1.

Meditating on the Torah involves contemplating the curses that Jesus personally bore, understanding how all sacrifices made with the blood of animals foreshadowed the shedding of Jesus' blood, recognizing how the tabernacle in the wilderness served as a shadow of the true sanctuary in heaven, and reflecting on how Aaron and his descendants symbolized Jesus, the true High Priest who ascended to heaven and entered that true sanctuary. This is the essence of Torah.

אור אורה

John 12:23 says, "But Jesus replied, 'The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.'" The Hebrew word "Ore" means light, and Messiah Yeshua is the light. The crucifixion of Jesus Christ is His glorification. The Son of God, Emmanuel came to earth to be crucified.

 Genesis 1:3 וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים יְהִי אֹור וַיְהִי־אֹור׃

Philippians 2:15 states, "So that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine as lights in the world." The Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven is where we must aim to direct our lives and teachings, as it leads to eternal blessing.

Job 27:11

1️⃣ The Basic Meaning of "אור אורה"

The combination of "אור" (or) and "אורה" (orah) holds profound significance. Each word has the following meanings:

When meditating on these meanings together, "I will shoot" implies that this act is an act of light. "I will teach" also implies that this act is an act of light. And "light" is the feminine form of the noun. Particularly, in this context, these three aspects foreshadow the gospel of the cross of Jesus Christ. Moreover, the prophecies and mysteries of the Bible are implied within the meanings of the ancient Hebrew pictographs along with the surface narrative of the text.

2️⃣ Interpretation of 1 Samuel 20:20

In 1 Samuel 20:20, "אורה" is interpreted as "I will shoot." The verse reads:

1 Samuel 20:20: וַאֲנִ֗י שְׁלֹֽשֶׁת־הַחִצִּ֤ים אָֽרֶה֙ לְצִדּ֔וֹ שַׁלְּחָ֖ה לִֽי־לְמַטָּֽרָה׃

Translation: "I will shoot three arrows to the side, as though I shot at a target."

Here, "אָֽרֶה" (oreh) means "I will shoot." This indicates the act of shooting arrows towards a target. This helps us understand the relationship between "אור" and "אורה." The act of shooting here is associated with light. In other words, Jonathan's act of shooting arrows to save David from mortal danger is an act of light. Furthermore, the fallen king Saul can be seen as an allusion to Satan, the ruler of the air, and his impending doom.

Additionally, in 1 Samuel 14:45, the term "HaYeshuah" appears exactly three times in the Hebrew Bible. This combination includes the masculine form Yeshua, flanked by the letter Hey, which symbolizes worship in ancient pictographs. This exact structure is recorded only three times in the Bible. This verse pertains to Jonathan and symbolizes the salvation brought by Jesus Christ, as indicated by the phrase "HaYeshuah HaGadol HaTzot BeYisrael." Therefore, we must deeply reflect on the biblical significance of "orah" in 1 Samuel 20:20 and be faithful to the written Holy Hebrew scriptures.

3️⃣ Interpretation of Job 27:11

In Job 27:11, "אורה" is interpreted as "I will teach." The verse reads:

Job 27:11: "I will teach you about the power of God; the ways of the Almighty I will not conceal."

Through this, the combination of "אור אורה" signifies a mission that goes beyond simple teaching. It represents the calling to teach the light of God, specifically the truth of the gospel of the cross of Jesus Christ.

4️⃣ Esther 8:16 and the Feminine Noun "אורה"

In Esther 8:16, "אורה" is used as a feminine noun meaning "light." The verse reads:

Esther 8:16: לַיְּהוּדִים הָיְתָה אוֹרָה וְשִׂמְחָה וְשָׂשֹׂן וִיקָר׃

Translation: "For the Jews it was a time of happiness and joy, gladness and honor."

Here, "אורה" means light, and it is mentioned alongside joy and honor. This symbolizes the blessings the Jews received after being freed from oppression.

As a queen, Esther symbolizes light through the word "אורה." In the Bible, light often represents Jesus Christ and His truth, and believers are called to reflect that light to the world.

5️⃣ Believers as the Bride of Christ

In Esther 8:16, "אורה" is used as a feminine noun meaning light. This symbolically hints at the believers who become the bride of Christ. In the Bible, light often represents Jesus Christ and His truth, and believers are called to reflect that light to the world.

The Bible depicts Jesus Christ as the bridegroom of all believers, and believers are metaphorically described as His bride. This can be connected to the story of Esther, where the feminine noun "אורה" and Queen Esther are linked. Esther became queen by receiving the king's love, symbolizing the relationship believers have with Jesus Christ. This implies that believers are queens to the King of kings.

The story of Esther and the symbol of light convey the following messages:

6️⃣ Conclusion

By meditating on "אור אורה" solely within the context of the Hebrew Bible and the precise teachings of the New Testament, we can grasp its profound spiritual meaning. It signifies the mission of teaching and spreading the light, as well as the status of believers as the bride of Christ. In Esther 8:16, the feminine noun "אורה" reinforces this symbolism, encouraging believers to live lives that reflect the light.

This conclusion is based on the fact that the four-letter Hebrew combination "orah" is recorded exactly three times in the Bible. This is similar to the basis that the six-letter combination "Hayeshuah" is recorded exactly three times in the Hebrew Bible.
